Wehrmacht 4 Years Long Service Award (Wehrmacht-Dienstauszeichnung). Nice example that is period mounted on a so-called 'Einzelspange'. The medal is having a nice miniature Heeres eagle attached to the blue ribbon. Nice original medal!
