Kriegsmarine EM/NCO's Belt Buckle. The gilt finished steel buckle is nicely maker marked 'CTD 1941' indicating production by the company of 'Christian Theodor Dicke' from Lüdenscheid. Extremely rare original buckle in good used condition!
