Canadian Scottish Tam o' Shanter. The cap is nicely maker marked by the 'Buffalo Cap & Neckwear Ltd.' company from Winnipeg and dated 1940. Complete with red Touri (pom-pom) as worn by Scottish Regiments. Nice example in very good condition!
