WH (Heer) M35 SD Reissued Combat Helmet

Description

Wehrmacht (Heer) M35 Reissued Single Decal Combat Helmet (Stahlhelm M40).  The stamped sheet steel construction M35 helmet retains most of its rough textured, field-grey reissue overpaint. The paint shows normal wear and scratches caused by usage, see photos. A standard Heeres decal is applied to the left side of the helmet, the decal is retained for about 95%. All three liner retaining rivets are intact. The interior of the helmet is an M31 leather liner with steel liner-ring, all eight fingers are present, there is one small repair. The liner is complete with its original liner cord. The shell is marked with maker and size 'EF66'. 'EF' is indicating production by the 'Emaillerwerke AG' from Fulda. The reverse interior neck guard apron has a stamped lot-number '21775'. Nice original Wehrmacht reissue M35 combat helmet in good used condition!
