These Collecting Boxes were used at the Street collections (Reichsstraßensammlung) held throughout the country, this example was used in Belgium by the N.S.D.A.P.-AO in the 'Ortsgruppe Brüssel'. The money-box is complete with original paper banderol showing the WHW eagle and script 'Winterhilfswerk des deutschen Volkes'. Rare original WHW Collecting Box in good used condition!
