Wehrmacht M31 Canteen and Cup (Feldflasche 31 und Trinkbecher). The standard issue M31 canteen was introduced on 23 March 1931. The red painted steel canteen and blackened leather straps are all in overall good used condition with normal age and usage toning.The felt cover is in good condition. The canteen is nicely maker marked and dated with 'L&SL44' indicating production in 1944. The leather straps are nicely maker marked and dated 'EEF43'. The bakelite cup is nicely maker marked with 'gfc' and dated 1944. Nice original canteen in very good condition!
