German para-military/civilian style Bread Bag & Strap (Brotbeutel mit Brotbeutelriemen). The bread bag looks to have been made of a reissued Czechoslovakian material, complete with matching bread bag strap. The exact model and/or usage is unknown to me, any information is welcome.
