This is a nice 'SA/NSDAP' Medical Pouch (Sanitätstasche). This is a nice dark-brown coloured leather construction medical pouch showing ink-markings of the 'SA der N.S.D.A.P. Sturm R24/29 Röslau'. Rare original political medical pouch in very good condition!
