Large sized WH (Heer) Medical Pouch (Sanitätertasche). Nicely maker marked and dated 'bla 1944' indicating production by the company of 'E.G. Leuner GmbH' from Bautzen. Complete with rarely seen leather carrying strap. Nice and hard to find original larger type pouch in good used condition!
