WH (Heer) Medical EM/NCO's Visor Cap
WH (Heer) Medical (Arzt) EM/NCO's Visor Cap (Schirmmütze). Visor caps were a standard item for all armed forces personnel during the Third Reich period. Although enlisted personnel were issued their caps from government supplies they were also permitted to purchase privately tailored caps. This is a nice privately purchased EM/NCO's example. The celluloid manufacturers sweat-diamond ('Raute') is present and nicely maker marked by the company of 'Ernst Müller' from Berlin. The cap is named to 'Hans Heinrich Pfaff'. The cap has no visible size markings, the size is approximately 55cms. The visor cap is piped in the blue 'Truppenfarbe' (branch-colour) for Medical personnel. The simulated leather sweatband is in good used condition. The cap is complete with it's original early aluminum cap-eagle and cocarde. The cap shows normal traces of usage and and some small (moth)damage but is in overall good condition, see photos. Nice original visor cap!
