Wehrmacht (Heer) Officer's M43 Type cap-eagle/cocarde (Trapezoid). The trapezoid is executed in the neat so-called 'BeVo'-weave technique in 'flat-wire' silver threads on a dark-green background. Nice and hard to find original example!
