German Helmet Liner (Stahlhelm Innenfutter). This is a leather liner in size 61 which will fit a size 68 helmet. The liner is nicely marked with 'R.B.Nr. 0/0251/0111' and dated 1944. Nice original example, perfect for restauration of an M40 or M42 helmet!
