EU-Deactivated Italian Beretta M38A Submachine Gun. The MAB 38 (Moschetto Automatico Beretta Modello 1938), Modello 38, or Model 38 and its variants were a series of official submachine guns of the Royal Italian Army introduced in 1938 and used during World War II. The guns were also used by the German Army. This is an M38A variant in good used condition and deactivated properly. The Beretta has been deactivated conform the requirements of the common minimum technical specifications set out in Annex I from the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/337 and comes with a Certificate of Deactivation. This Beretta is free to own for EU citizens, aged over 18 years. We will sell this Beretta only to people above the age of 18 (with proof) within the EU (please check your country's regulations before purchasing). Nice original Beretta in good used condition!
