Canadian 'Seaforth Highlanders' Tam o' Shanter. The cap is nicely maker marked by the 'Buffalo Cap & Neckwear Ltd.' company from Winnipeg and dated 1940. The size of the cap is a 7¼. Nice example in very good condition!
