This is a nice Luftwaffe 'Schützenschnur' (shooting-lanyard) having two acorns attached being the '3.Stufe' (third grade). The aluminum shield is mounted on a rosette base in the same material as the lanyard with a stitched on, protective, Luftwaffe blue/grey wool backing. Nice original example in good used condition!
