Wehrmacht (Heer) M36 type shoulder-strap having the copper-brown (kupferbrauner) woolen type piping as intended for a 'Stabsfeldwebel der Kradschützen' (Motorized Infantry). One pip is missing. Nice, regrettably single, example in good used and worn condition!
