Luftwaffe Paratrooper 'Sumpftarn' Camouflage Smock (Fallschirmschützenbluse). This is a nice third pattern smock, made of 'Sumpftarn' (tan/water) camouflage material. The smocks were designed to fit over the standard service uniform and are therefore quite large. 3 zippers are damaged, one 'Elite' marked zipper is complete and functional. The smock is nicely marked with 'RB-Nr.0/0572/0041' indicating production by the company of 'Karl Tobüren KG' from Altenhundem, the smock is size 'IIa' marked and dated May 1944. The smock is showing clear traces of usage/staining and some small damages, see photos for details. The smock is still showing strong colours. Hard to find desirable original late war combat worn Fallschirmjäger smock!
