Waffen-SS Medical Hauptsturmführer's Shoulder Boards (Schulterstücke). The sew-in type boards are constructed from black coloured 'smooth' type wool piped in blue as intended for a Waffen-SS Medical Officer in the rank of 'Hauptsturmführer'. Nice original pair of SS shoulder-boards!
