Wehrmacht (Heer) M44 TypeOfficer's Breast Eagle (Hoheitsabzeichen). The eagle is executed in the neat so-called flat-wire BeVo weave style in silver thread on a dark-green linnen background. This is the final pattern machine woven breast eagle and was utilized on a variety of combat clothing including the M44 field blouse and assault gun wrap-around tunics. The eagle is in good unissued condition, just a bit wrinkled and stained from years of storage. Nice original eagle!
