WH (Heer) 'Gebirgsjäger' Oberfeldwebel's Summer Field Blouse (Sommer Feldbluse). The M36 style field blouse is made of Dutch green cotton cloth, the tunic has four, pleated, pockets and field-grey finished, pebbled metal buttons. There is a six-button front closure using the same type of buttons. There is a dark-green woolen lay flat collar with a metal hook and loop neck closure. NCO Braid is nicely machine-sewn around the collar of the tunic. A pair of standard EM's type collar tabs are orginally machine-sewn to the collar. The collar-tabs are having the darkgreen branch colour as intended for personal serving with the mountain troops (Gebirgsjäger). The tunic has buttons and loops for slip-on shoulder boards, the tunic comes with an original pair of M36 type shoulder-straps as intended for an 'Oberfeldwebel'. A flat-wire woven NCO's type breast-eagle is original machine-sewn to the tunic. A Gebirgsjäger Edelweiß insignia is sewn to the wearer's right sleeve, the left sleeve shows traces of a removed Narvik shield. The tunic is not visible maker marked or dated. There are award loops for various awards, an ribbon-bar and Iron Cross 1st Class made by Souval are included with the tunic for free. The tunic is showing normal traces of usage. Great original summer field blouse made of Dutch cloth!
