SS-Obersturmführer's Field Blouse
Waffen-SS Obersturmführer's Field Blouse (Feldbluse). This is a nice Italian gabardine construction field blouse, it has 5 front closure buttons and pleated front pockets, most buttons are showing 'RZM' markings. There is a lay flat collar with a metal hook and loop neck closure. SS-type silver cord piping is sewn around the collar, the collar is complete with a stunning original pair of hand-applied SS Obersturmführer's rank collar tabs. A stunning hand-embroidered SS Officer's sleeve-eagle is sewn to the wearer's upper left sleeve. A pair of shoulder-board is sewn to the shoulder of the field blouse, the shoulder board buttons are nicely 'SS' and 'RZM' marked. There are award loops for several awards. The tunic was found with awards and I will sell it as found including these awards, being an Iron Cross 1st Class, maker marked 'L/11' indicating production by the company of 'Wilhelm Deumer' from Lüdenscheid. Second is a nice early nickel-silver Infantry Assault Badge, the unmarked badge can be attributed to the company of 'C.E. Juncker' from Berlin, please note that this is an extremely rare original variant badge with the rare uncommen flat 'c' shaped catch instead of the regular wire catch. The third badge is a nice Wound Badge in Black, maker marked 'L/11' indicating production by the company of 'Wilhelm Deumer' from Lüdenscheid. Sewn to the wearer's right breast pocket is a nice cloth version of the German Cross in Gold. The field blouse is fully lined. The field blouse is in good used and worn condition showing some staining and small damages (to the sleeve ends), see photos.
