This is a Twenty-Five Years Faithful Service Medal Award Document (Silberne Treudienst-Ehrenzeichen Urkunde). Hitler instituted the Faithful Service Decoration, in three classes on 30 January 1938. This was in recognition of long serving civil servants, and public works personnel. This award document was awarded to dem Postassistenten 'Franz Förster' at Erfurt on 13 November 1939. The DIN-A4 sized award document has regrettably been folded, see scans. The document has a beautiful small-sized embossed logo and shows the facsimile signature of 'Otto Meissner'. Nice large-sized award document in good condition!
