Description

WH (Heer) Award & Document Grouping of Sanitäts-Feldwebel 'Bernhard Wilke', including his Wehrpaß, award document to the War Merit Cross 2nd Class, War Merit Cross 2nd Class and 1 October 1938 Medal. Bernhard served in various medical units during the war and followed a 'Krankenträger Ausbildung' (patient carrier training). On 1 October 1939 he was awarded with the 1 October 1938 Medal and on 20 April 1943 with the War Merit Cross 2nd Class. The War Merit Cross Award Document is present but has unfortunately been laminted after the war. Both medals are tombak examples complete with original ribbons.
