This is a nice World War 1 4-Piece Medal Bar (Ordenspange), consisting of a WW1 Iron Cross 2nd Class (Eisernes Kreuz 2. Klasse), a Bavarian Military Merit Cross 3rd Class (Bayern Militair-Verdienstkreuz III Klasse mit Schwertern), a Hindenburg Cross (Ehrenkreuz für Frontkämpfer 1914-18) and a Austrian Tirol Medal 1914-1918 (Das land Tirol den Verteidigern des Vaterlandes 1914-1918). All four medals are in very good condition. The Iron Cross is maker marked with 'KO' indicating production by the 'Königliches Münzamt Orden' from Berlin. The medals are nicely mounted on a medal-bar for wear on the 'walking-out' tunic. The medal-bar comes on its functional pin/catch set-up and is having a red woolen backing. Nice original set in good condition!
