This is a nice original German 8-Piece Medal Bar (Ordenspange). The medal bar is consisting of a WW1 Iron Cross 2nd Class (Eisernes Kreuz 2. Klasse), a War Merit Cross 2nd Class (Kriegsverdienst Kreuz 2. Klasse mit Schwerter), a Hamburg 'Hanseatenkreuz', a Meritorious Service Medal of Friedrich II (Silberne Versdienst-Medaille Friedrich II), a Hessen General Decoration of Honor for Bravery (Allgemeines Ehrenzeichen für Tapferkeit), a Baden Long Service Medal 2nd Class For 12 Years (Dienstauszeichnung II. Klasse für 12 Jahre) as instituted on 18 December 1913 by Grand Duke Friedrich II (1913-1918 issue), a Prussian 9 Year Long Service Medal (Preußen Dienstauszeichnung für 12 Jahre) and a Twenty Five Years Faithful Service Medal (Treudienst Ehrenzeichen für 25 Jahre). All medals are in good condition, the Iron Cross is a Third Reich period produced example. The medals are nicely mounted on a medal-bar for wear on the 'walking-out' tunic. The medal-bar comes on its functional pin/catch set-up. Very rare large 8-piece medal bar in good condition!
