Luftwaffe EM/NCO's blue coloured steel belt-buckle that comes on its original natural coloured leather tab (Koppelschloß mit Lederwiderhalt). Originally the EM/NCO’s buckles were produced with a silver finish until a blue/grey version was introduced around mid-1940, and a tropical olive drab version was introduced in late 1940. Nice blue-grey painted steel example, the leather tab is nicely maker marked by the company of 'F.W. Assmann' from Lüdenscheid and dated 1941. The buckle is showing minor traces of usage and years of storage and is in overall very good condition. Nice original buckle!
