Description
Product Images
This is the standard-type WH (Heer) M43 cap-eagle/cocarde (trapezoid), woven according to the 'BeVo'-weave technique in linnen on a field-grey cotton background. These insignia were worn on the various M43 caps throughout the war. We were lucky to find a full box of 100 insignia in mint and unissued condition, still stored in their original factory carton box. The carton box is nicely marked '100 Stück Gewebte Hoheitsabzeichen für die Bergmütze' and maker marked by the company of 'Bornemann & Bick' from Wuppertal-Wichl (Wichlinghausen). The box is dated 30 August 1944. You will receive a nice original cap trapezoid from this box, in mint and unissued condition, similar as shown!
