British Airborne (Paratrooper) Helmet. The paint of the helmet looks like it has been repainted once, this looks period done, a nice original camouflage net will be included with the helmet. The helmet is complete with its original liner and webbing chinstraps, the chin cup is complete with chamois lining. The size '7¾' liner is nicely maker marked 'BMB' indicating production by the 'Briggs Motor Bodies Ltd.', the liner is dated 1944. The helmet is showing normal traces of usage. Nice original 1944 dated British Airborne helmet which will be perfect for a Market Garden (Arnhem) display!
