World War 2 British Military Medic Armband, photos of US 101st Airborne, 326th Medical Co. medics wearing this type of armband can be seen in the book: Carentan, Part II, page 520-521. The armband is showing a wool construction red cross, sewn on a white-coloured linnen armband. The armband is nicely ink marked with 'Army Medical Service'. Hard to find original British medic armband in very good condition!
