Belgian MkII 'Brigade Piron' Helmet. The helmet is constructed of non-magnetic steel. The helmet is not visible maker marked or dated due to the rough paint. The helmet is showing a rough paint mixed with sand & grit for camouflage purposes. A nice flash is hand painted to the helmet in Black/Yellow/Red indicating that this helmet belonged to a 'Brigade Piron' member. The liner is nicely maker marked 'B.M.B.' indicating production by the 'Briggs Motor Bodies Ltd.', the liner is dated 1940. The helmet is complete with its early khaki chinstrap. The helmet is in overall good untouched condition. Nice original World War 2 Belgian MK2 helmet!
