British Windproof Camouflage Smock. Lightweight cotton smock, printed with an overall brown-beige-green camouflage pattern, similar printed design as the Denison Smock. The smock was intended to be worn over the battle dress with any equipment to be worn over the smock. The smock is complete with manufacturers label, the smock was produced by the company 'Cohen & Wilks Ltd.' in 1943, the smock is size 5 marked. The smock is showing normal traces of usage. The smock has been altered/tailored, mainly on the back, see the green sewing lines in the close up photos. I don't know what the purpose of these sewing lines might have been, but the smock is priced accordingly due to the fact that it has been slightly altered. Still a nice and hard to find original smock in good used condition!
