British Shell Dressing Medical Bag. British 1937 pattern Red Cross carrying bag intended to hold shell dressings. Designed to be worn over the shoulder. The bag is nicely maker marked with 'M.E.Co.' and dated 1942. The bag is complete with 12 various wartime dated Shell Dressing and First Field Dressing packages, some of the bandage packages are slightlty damaged, see photos. Nice original Medical Bag with contents in good used condition!
