Waffen-SS Death notice (Sterbebild). A common practice in Europe that continues to this day, is the issue of a remembrance card on the death of a family member. This is a deathnotice for 'Damerl Sebald' who was a 'SS Rottenführer' within a Gebirgsjäger Regiment. He was killed in action on 24 January 1945 at Mulhouse (Alsace, France).
