Prussian Imperial Crown Prince Wilhelm Medaillon. 'Friedrich Wilhelm Victor August Ernst von Preußen' (6 May 1882 - 20 July 1951) was the eldest son of Kaiser Wilhelm II and Empress Augusta Victoria and the last Crown Prince of Prussia and the German Empire. The gold or gilt frame is showing arabesque designs on the obverse, inset with 73 (artificial) diamonds, the centerpiece is showing a nicely hand-painted image of Crown Prince Frederick Wilhelm Victor August Ernst of Prussia. The reverse is having a clip and horizontal pinback system attached. The medaillon is approximately sized 5 x 3,5 cms. Very decorative and unique item!
