Wehrmacht (Heer) Soldbuch of San-Obergefreiter 'Rudolf Zetzsche', member within the '2./San.Ers.Abtlg.5' (Sanitäts-Ersatz-Abteilung-5). When individuals received their registration notice they were to report to the appropriate recruitment center where they would be issued a 'Wehrpaß', until they were inducted into active duty. From the autumn of 1939, when an individual was inducted into active military service the Wehrpaß was exchanged at the recruitment office for the 'Soldbuch' (Pay Book), which remained in the recipients possession as his official military identification document. The recruitment office would retain the Wehrpass and chronicle the individuals active service record in it. The Soldbuch is completely filled in. Rudolf has been awarded with the Wound Badge in Black, the Ostmedal and the Iron Cross 2nd Class. See photos for more details. Interesting original Soldbuch in good condition!

Wehrmacht (Heer) Soldbuch van San-Obergefreiter 'Rudolf Zetzsche', lid van het '2./San.Ers.Abtlg.5' (Sanitäts-Ersatz-Abteilung-5). Zodra een individu zijn dienstoproep kreeg meldde hij zich bij het juiste wervingsbureau, daar kreeg hij een 'Wehrpaß', deze behield hij totdat hij in actieve dienst ging. Vanaf de herfst van 1939 kreeg een persoon zodra hij in actieve dienst ging een 'Soldbuch', deze werd op het wervingsbureau omgewisseld. Het Soldbuch had hij altijd bij zich en was zijn militaire ID. Het wervingsbureau zou zijn militaire gegevens in de Wehrpaß bijhouden. Het Soldbuch is compleet ingevuld. Rudolf werd onderscheiden met het Verwundeten Abzeichen in Zwart, de Ostmedaille en het IJzeren Kruis 2e Klasse. Zie foto's voor meer details. Interessant origineel Soldbuch in goede staat!
