Dutch 'Buitenmodel' Overseas Cap (Veldmuts voor Manschappen). This is a privately purchased overseas cap made of high quality fieldgrey wool. This is an overseas cap without piping which indicates a soldier's rank and the orange coloured numeral '16' is indicating a soldier within the 16th Regiment Infantry. The cap is complete with leather sweatband. The overseas cap has some normal traces of usage and some staining but is in overall very good condition. Nice original overseas cap!
