Dutch Mobilization War Cross (Mobilisatie Oorlogskruis). The cross was intituted by a Royal Decree of 11 August 1948. For military service during the period 1939-1945, awarded to those not eligible for the 1940-1945 War Cross. The cross is maker marked on the reverse by the company 'Kon.-Begeer' in Voorschoten. The cross is mounted on its original confectioned ribbon. The cross is missing the small ribbon ring and is sewn directly to the mounting, see photos. Nice example in good used condition!
