Etched Luftwaffe K98 Dress Bayonet (Extraseitengewehr), complete with brown leather bayonet frog. The bayonet is etched with "Zur Erinnerung an meine Dienstzeit, Flakartillerieschule Rerik". The bayonet is maker marked by 'Siegfried Waffen'. Rare original etched bayonet in very good condition!

Etched Luftwaffe K98 Dress Bayonet with Frog (Extraseitengewehr mit Seitengewehrtasche). This is a private purchase version of the S84/98 bayonet for dress wear. The bayonet was, accompanied by a bayonet frog, to be worn on the reverse left side of the load carrying waist belt. The bayonet is nicely maker marked by the company 'Siegfried Waffen E.Pack & Söhne' from Solingen. The bayonet is nicely etched with "Zur Erinnerung an meine Dienstzeit, Flakartillerieschule Rerik", the etch is showing the peninsula (Halbinsel) 'Wustrow' and an image of a FLAK cannon. The bayonet is complete with it's original brown leather frog.Rare original etched bayonet in very good condition!
