'Deutsche Reichsbahn' Visor Cap (DRB Schirmmütze). 'Deutsche Reichsbahn' was the name of the German national railway, from 1937 it was organized as the DRB. This is a 2nd mocel visor cap as worn from 1941. The cap is complete with it's original zinc-type cap-eagle and cocarde. The cap is having a chin-strap as intended for an official within the 'Besoldungsgruppen' (Pay groups) 17a to 12. The interior of the cap is fully lined in an orange oilcloth and is showing a celluloid sweat diamond. The diamond is nicely marked with 'Reichsbahn-Kleiderkasse' and the manufacturer 'Peter Küpper'. The sweatband is in good used condition. Nice original cap in good used condition!
