This is a nice original Imperial World War 1 Prussian Observer Officers Badge (Abzeichen für Beobachtungs-Offiziere). The Imperial Observer Officers Badge was originally introduced o 27 january 1914 by 'Kaiser Wilhelm'. The two-piece construction badge is not visible maker marked but can be attributed to production by the company of 'C.E. Juncker' from Berlin. The badge shows very nice & pronounced detail overall, the enamel plate is in stunning condition showing only minimal traces of usage and wear, see close up photos. The badge has naturally a functional pin & catch construction. Stunning original badge in very good condition!
