Luftwaffe M35 Double Decal Camouflage Combat Helmet (Stahlhelm M35). The steel construction M35 helmet retains most of its beautiful three-tone red-brown/tan/green camouflage overpaint, a Luftwaffe decal and national shield are clearly visible beneath the paint. All three liner retaining rivets are intact. The interior of the helmet is an M31 leather liner with eight fingers, the leather is in overall good slightly stiff condition showing some small damages, see photos. The original liner cord is present. The early liner is having an reinforced aluminum liner ring. The shell is marked with maker and size 'EF66'. 'EF' is indicating production by the company 'Emaillerwerke AG' from Fulda. The reverse interior neck guard apron has a stamped serial number '20401' and the painted initials of the soldier. The helmet is complete with its original leather chinstrap with aluminum buckle and studs, the chinstrap is not visible marked. Stunning original Luftwaffe Camouflage Helmet!
