WH (Heer) Marching Boots 1938 MINT
Wehrmacht (Heer) EM/NCO's Marching Boots or 'Jackboots' (Marschstiefel), also known as 'Knobelbecher'. Besides the helmet, the leather boot is probably one of the most instantly recognizable items of the German military. Nice high quality, blackened, leather marching boots. Complete with original heel-irons and hobnails , see photos. The large sized boots are size "30" marked and maker marked 'Neuffer'. The boots are complete with all cloth pull-loops. Inside the shafts the boots are marked 'B.A.Fü.' (Beschaffungs-Amt Fürth) and dated September 1938. The boots are showing only minimal traces of years of storage and are in overall mint unissued condition, see photos. Hard to find original pair of marching boots in stunning mint condition!
These boots originate from the collection of the recently closed Eyewitness Museum and were in display in the diorama in the last picture!
