Wehrmacht Gebirgsjäger 'Petsamo' Souvernir Puukko Knife. Locally made souvernir which could be bought by German soldiers, there are a lot of variations around. Most of these souvernir items originate from the Petsamo area in Finland and were brought home by Gebirgsjäger soldiers. This is a beatifully engraved Finnish Puukko Knife with leather scabberd, having an enamelled 'Petsamo Rovaniemi' badge originally attached. The blade is showing an engraving of a Wolf in front of the Finnish Mountains, the engraving is showing 'Rovaniemi' in the script and the date 1941. Great souvernir of a Wehrmacht Gebirgsjäger Soldier!
