British MK II Combat Helmet. The helmet is constructed of non-magnetic steel, the helmet retains most of its original rough textured (sand) brown/olive drab coloured camouflage overpaint. Due to the thick paint no markings can be read on the shell. The helmet is complete with its original liner and khaki chinstrap. The liner is a size '7', it is nicely maker marked with 'J.C.S.&W.Ltd' indicating production by the company of 'J. Crompton Sons & Webb Ltd.' from London. Nice and hard to find original World War 2 British helmet in good condition!
