This is a nice original Hitler-Jugend (HJ) Bread Bag (Brotbeutel). Bread bags were widely utilized by all German military and non-military organizations, so various models and colors were produced. The bread bag was worn attached to the belt on the right side of the back. This is an example intended for use within the Hitler-Jugend. The breadbag is made of a grey-colored, water repellent, canvas material. The bread bag is complete with its original oil-cloth RZM label, marked with 'Brotbeutel nach Vorschrift der Reichs-Jugend-Führung'. Extremely rare and hard to find original bread bag in very good near mint condition!
