'Reichsluftschutzbund' (RLB) 'Amtsträger' Armband (Armbinde). The RLB (Reichsluftschutzbund) was an official national organization tasked with all aspects of civil air raid defence. Uniformed RLB personnel were issued an identifying armband to be worn on the upper left sleeve when performing RLB duties. This armband was worn by RLB officials (Amtsträger), the armband could also be worn with the civilian attire. The armband is showing the nicely BeVo woven RLB logo on a blue coloured linnen armband. Nice original RLB armband in very good condition!
