Description
Product Images
This is a rare unique set of 2 portrait photos of a Wehrmacht Chaplain / Priest (Kriegspfarrer). In one photo he's wearing a chaplain officer's visor cap (schirmmütze für Heeresgeistlicher) with a cross underneath the 'eagle cap badge'. A War Merit Cross ribbon (Kriegsverdienst Kreuz) is sewn through one of the buttonholes of his uniform. He's also wearing a chaplain's necklace. This photgraph measures approximately 9 x 14 cms in size. The other photo shows the same chaplain but without visor cap. This photograph measures approximately 8,5 x 13,5 cms in size. Both photos are in excellent condition and were taken by a photostudio from Tübingen. Rare interesting set of photographs!
