Prussian EM's M1891 'Pickelhaube'. The M1891 pattern was introduced on 8 January 1891, the brass front visor trim was reintroduced. The helmet is complete with its original leather sweatband in good condition, size '56' is written on the cloth officer's type cloth lining material. The helmet is complete with its original brass Officer's type chinstrap. One of the cocardes looks to be replaced once, this is however easily replaceable. Otherwise the Pickelhaube looks in very good unmessed with condition, see photos. Great original Prussian spike helmet!
