MG34 or MG42 50 Round Drum Magazine (Gurttrommel 34). The drum was capable of carrying a 50 round ammunition belt and could be mounted on the machinegun. The drum retains most of its original late war tan coloured paint showing spots of brown camouflage overpaint. The magazine shows some surface rust and scratches caused by usage. The box is not visible maker marked or dated due to the thick paint. On top of the lid the red-painted numbers '1745' are visible. Nice original camouflaged drum magazine!
