Wehrmacht M31 Canteen and Cup (Feldflasche 31 und Trinkbecher). The standard issue M31 canteen was introduced on 23 March 1931. The red painted steel canteen and black leather straps are all in overall good used condition with normal age and usage toning. The canteen is complete with its original felt cover. The red painted steel canteen is nicely maker marked and dated 'L.&S.L.43' indicating production in 1943. The leather straps are nicely RB.Nr. marked. The canteen is complete with its original olivegreen painted 'FWBN 44' marked steel cup. Nice original late war canteen in very good condition!
